Pricing: a flat fee, agreed before we start
There is no price list on this page, on purpose. Every role is quoted after one call, and the number does not move with the salary of the person you hire.

Strategic Hiring Partners charges a flat fee for every engagement: one number, quoted after a 30-minute call, agreed in writing before any work starts. It is never a percentage of the salary, and it does not change when you choose the more expensive candidate.
- Full engagement (define, find, onboard): one fee for the role. The cheapest way to buy all three.
- Single phases: each has its own fee and costs more alone than inside the full engagement.
- Fractional HR: a flat monthly fee for an agreed block of hours.
- Never included: a percentage of salary, a placement bonus, a fee per CV.
Why a flat fee
Agencies in Israel mostly charge a percentage of the first year's salary, paid when the person starts. It is a clean model for the agency and a strange one for you: the fee rises when the candidate negotiates well, and it is earned on the start date, before anyone knows whether the hire worked.
Ahuva's fee is for the work: the session, the page, the search, the interviews, the plan, the check-ins. You know the number before the search starts. The incentive is to find the right person and get them producing, because that is where the engagement ends.
What goes into the quote
| Factor | Why it moves the number |
|---|---|
| Which phases | All three together cost less than three separate engagements, because the handovers are where the hours go. |
| The role | A bookkeeper and a head of operations need different searches, work samples and onboarding plans. |
| Languages | A search run in Hebrew and English, with documents in both, takes more time than one language. |
| How much exists already | A clear role page or a strong internal candidate shortens the work. |
| Location | In Jerusalem, sessions happen in person. Elsewhere in Israel, remote with occasional visits. |
What is never on the invoice
- A percentage of the hire's salary, or any fee tied to the salary.
- A placement bonus, a success fee or a fee per candidate.
- Payroll, legal or accounting services; those stay with your accountant and lawyer.
- Job-board posting costs beyond those agreed with you up front.
How to get a quote
Book the 30-minute call. Bring the role, what has happened so far and what it pays. You get a written quote and a start date afterwards, and an honest "you do not need this" if that is the answer. For what the open role is costing you in the meantime, use the open-role calculator.
